I am very very sorry to inform you that the Main Board of my TV (
Weston WEL-5100/ WEL-5101 122 cm ( 48 ) Smart Full HD (FHD) LED Television) was out of order and upton request the item has arrived two days back at Hyderabad but the work has not been taken up yet. When I called the service technician he asked me to inform the office and he will take up the work only when they direct him to do so. When I call their office at Hyderabad, the receptionist keeps on taking my details every half an hour (as if I am a new caller) and assures me that the service engineer will be sent to my site within half an hour. But nobody turns up and this drama is going on since past two days. I keep calling the Hyderabad office of Weston and their service engineer repeatedly every half an hour and each of them just keep me aloof.
I have been calling and emailing them repeatedly and it has been more than 20 days that my TV is out of order but my TV is not yet repaired. I do not understand what credit shall I give the Weston customer service. I can just say; it's very very very bad and nasty. Now I understand why people were discouraging me from buying WESTON products, obviously due to bad quality products and irresponsible customer service. Had I purchased LG or Samsung TV, it would not have gone out of order in such a short time and even it goes out of order they will give instant service with no time delay.
Now I do not want any further service from Weston company. Just direct them to take back the product and refund me the full amount of Rs. 30,990 /= paid by me (voucher attached) without any delay or else, I will approach consumer court and claim not only the actual amount of the product but also compensation for harassing me for such along time.
