My Complaint ticket no. is 58721079.<br /><br /></div>rnI call to customer care continues but not satisfactory answer given by supervisor and manager also.<br /><br /></div>rnEvery time they insist me to call engineer and charge of Rs. 200/-. <br /><br /></div>rnWe have face this type of issue in 2016 also.<br /><br /></div>rnI escalate the issue&nbsp; from Executive-&gt;Supervisor-&gt;Manager, then they resolve the same in 10-15 minutes without any engineer visit at my home.<br /><br /></div>rnI really surprise every recharge i got the bed experience like that to charge Rs. 200/- from engineer visit at place.<br /><br /></div>rn<p>Please look into the matter and resolve at urgent basis. </p>rn<div>&nbsp;</div>rn<p>Santosh <br /><br />8758799911</p>
