Customer ID 154286649 Problem from 10.06.2016. I Recharge on 08.10.2015 for 1 year, but company deduct charges for HD pack from this recharge. Company could not take any consent form me for this deduction. Is there any right given to company to deduct any fund without permission of customer and no need to inform the customer. I was suffering this problem since last 09-10 days and not able to watch my TV. I request you to repay wrongly deducted charges and continue my service as per my recharge done on 08.10.2016 with extension period of which I am not able to watch my TV due to this wrong deduction. I hope that you take care of your customers, and resolve the problem as earliest
