Dear Sir

I am Ashok, native of Kodaikanal. I wish to send a news related with my mother's life. Due to serious swelling and pain in my mother's stomoach, I took my mother into an Private Hospital, Batlagundu. They made CT scanning and given an report stating that, there is a Scissor (operational Scissor) found inside the stomach during her previous Surgery which was done on 12th April 2001 at Van Allen Hospital, Kodaikanal. The Uteraus operation was done by Dr. Dim with 7 doctors along with the medical team in Van Allen Hospital, Kodaikanal.

In this situation, I have approached the concern hospital to save my mother's life, but the neglected and not ready to help to save my mother's life. I have lodged a complaint in Kodaikanal Police Station and they filed a FIR No. 241/12 u/s 338 IPC on 1.6.2012.

Further, I am attaching herewith the FIR copy and CT Scan Report for your ready reference.

Please suggest me to approach Consumer Court to get remedy.
