I purchased symphony Touch 110 on dated 21/03/2018. The cooler not cooling my room against this issue I file complain to customer care, technician visit my home but he is not solve the cooling issue, but customer close my complaint, again I file complain but technician not solved issue. Total thee times I file complain but not solved problem. And finally they denied to solved my issue. My complaint are as follow-up RP20041801132- DATE-20/04/2018 , . RP24041801552 DATE- 24/04/2018. Against these complaint I also mail to symphony but they are not respond.
I want to refund my money as soon as possible.
