Hi Team,

This complaint is regarding my glasstop gas stove. I had an issue wherein it used stop in simmer flame. I called the customer service the lady confirmed someone would come to repair from nearby service center.

A man visited and repaired it. He took 1500rupees for this and sai it has a warranty of 6 months.

The moment he left the gas was working fine however the next day itself we faced a new issue wherein there was a gas leakage whenever we cook something. The leakage is throughout when we use our gas for cooking. And moreover all the knobs are so tight that we have to use our muscle power to control the flames. I have made numerous attempts to complaint but everybody is just ignoring. Even I have sent email to Sunflame but they are saying I will have to pay again for repair. And that repair is not even answering the phone neither that service center is responding. Now I am helples. Kindly help. This is an utter shameful behaviour from such big brand. Please take action
