                                                                                                                                                                                                               Date-09/06/16 Dear Sir/Madam,                                  This is to inform you that i am Rinku Dutta, purchased Sony Xperia C4 Dated on 22/12/2015,and billing  amount is Rs.22,599/ . After three month of purchasing, the mobile has showing so many problems like-1. Touch Display was not working.                                                                                                                       2. mobile is generated heat,                                                                                                                       3.poor battery back-up.  so i was submitted my Sony Xperia C4 to the Sony services center. Dress- KALPATARU IT RETAILS Pvt. Ltd. E-mall Shop No.105 1st Floor,6 C.R. Avenue Kolkata-700072-West Bengal, India, dated on 10/03/2016, job No.W116031001086  then after some days Sony Services center retuned my mobile dated on 16/03/2016,which is not worked properly but Sony Services Center authorized persons assured me the mobile is working properly and it was good condition.  but after two months the mobile has been showing again same problem. So, i had submitted my mobile again same Sony services center(KALPATARU IT RETAILS Pvt. Ltd)  dated on 17/05/2016,job No.W116051702190, and they return my mobile  on 22/05/2016 after repaired the same problem and again they  assured me we change your mobile’s some parts which is required to change for smooth running your devices and even like they had changed my mobile IMEI No also. But, the mobile was showing same problem within a month.   I went same service center again(KALPATARU IT RETAILS Pvt. Ltd) for complain about mobile problems and  the are again received my mobile and this time they are commitment with me (but not by written) they will replace my mobile Sony Xperia C4 with new one, dated on 26/05/2016,job No.W116052604018, but today date 08/06/2016. KALPATARU IT RETAILS Pvt Ltd not resolve my problems and inform me that, they will not replace it they repair my mobile again. When, I asked about assurance, he replied that if you face same problem again in future then come to service center, we will provide you the best solution.  After13 days, I get back my mobile without repair from KALPATARU IT RETAILS Pvt. Ltd. I think you can better understand how much I am harassed by KALPATARU IT RETAILS Pvt. Ltd. (Sony Services Center) with their authorized services persons. So I have to request to kindly take the necessary action against my harassment and change my mobile with new one as soon as possible.
