<p>Respected Sir,</p>rn<p>I had ordered 4 pairs of shoes from Snapdeal of different sizes and styles. One pair of shoes was received totally damaged. The other 2 pairs, due to quality and size issues, I would have to return . The 4th one which is a good fit , I will be keeping it. As such, I had generated a return request for 3 pairs of shoes. But they are not accepting the return request now for 2 pairs now on the pretext of some internal checks not consistent which was never informed when I bought the said items. This is the harrasment a national level e-commerce site&nbsp; are giving to a customer.
