My order no is-20160220094669.this product delivered to me on 27.02.16 and same day I registered complain regarding this product I found defective, 
The shop Cj executive said me that when the pick up will complete than you will get your refund within 7 days 
but product not pickup till now 
I am contacting every after 48 to shop cj executive they said with in 24 hours you get a call from shop cj for pick the product
kindly pick your product and and refund to me 

I am very disappointed I want my refund immediate 
so request you to please look in this matter and resolve the same day
