My flat was measured thrice by the Developer before Registration of Flat in June'2010, in my absence. It was then told that the flat is a bit smaller than our purchased price, but due to fixed Price of flat no refunds can be managed. This flat was purchased on a lumpsump instead of Rate per sq.ft, the same being mentioned in our Sale Agreement with Developer.
Presently he has charged me for Rs.69000.00 for increase in Area of 60 sq.ft. without payment of which the flat work remain at halt. I have purchased this flat on Bank Loan, so my EMI's are on and also I have to pay a hefty rent since I was scheduled to vacate present flat in August'2010, the promise I made under an impression of getting my possession by July'2010. It was very much influencial then but now things have worstened. Please help!!!
