I own a FIAT Palio ELX (Model 2001) that has been serviced at RF Motors the FIAT authorised serviced centre in Pathadipalam, Cochin. I have been having a recurring problem with the car that crops up despite of being serviced for the below stated reason. The problem has been a reverberation that arises when one applies the brake. Despite several maintenance checks this problem still persists. RF motors has charged me since 2007 for rectification of the afore stated complain. However this problem persists which leads me to believe if they are doing the necessary. Invoice No Date Amount RFMoP-PL-0607-16325 31-01-2007 8032.00 RFMoP-PL-0708-05457 21-6-2007 1784.00 On July 2008 this problem was again brought to the notice of the service manager at RF motors. For this service, RF Motors charged us as below and assured us the problem has been solved. RFMoP-PL-0809-06462 7-7-2008 5276.00 On the contrary, I was not satisfied with the car performance after driving it and reported the same to customer service centre at Ernakulam and Pune. RF motors requested me to bring the car back to rectify the problem and the car was left in their workshop for 4 days. This time they presented us again with a bill mentioning that the problem was rectified. Bill details provided below. RFMoP-PL-0809-09012 12-8-2008 10223.00 As I was still dissatisfied with the performance of the car, I reported this matter to Mr. Cherian Varghese, Sr.manager, Customer Service RF Motors, and mentioned about the double charges for the same activity within a span of a month. I would appreciate if matter can be addressed in the consumer forum as I get no response from RF Motors on this matter. We will also publish this matter in the newspaper so that other gullible car owners should not get Cheated and fleeced. Mary thomas
