I have purchased LG Refrigerator from Sangeeta Fraser Road Patna on 24.05.2018 & taken delivery on 26.05.2018 vide Bill Num.1018 Dt 24.05.2018.
rnOn 19.06.2018 ,i heard some sound is coming from Refrigerator.
rnI compained at LG Custoner Care vide complain num.is RNP180619049043
rnLG representative came on 20.06.018 and after 3 hours working said that one another person will come tomorrow.this defet he could not rectifed.
rnon 20.06.2018 evening i went at Sangeeta shop & told about the defective refrigerator.
rnthere LG representative asked me for RNP number & that i have provide to him which i have get from customer care.
rnI taled with Proprietor of Sangeeta about the defect & told him to exchange this defective Refrigerator with New one,because i am facing problem within 20 days of its installation.
rnNo doubt at that time my voice was some loud ,because i never aspect that i would delivered defective refrigerator.
rnProprietor says that exchange is not possible even if problem would come after 2nd days of installatio and if i talk with loud voice then he will not provide me service also.
rni follow up with Customer Care & LG mechanic came on 21.06.18 7 worked for about 4 hours.
rnnext days again i complain & get assuranse from LG Area Sales manager that he is sending some another senior mechanic ,he will see the problem.
rnon 22.06.18 that senior mechanic worked for about 7 hrs 7 till now my Regrigerator is not working properly.
rnSo now i pray to court to provide me Rs.27850/-refrigerator Cost & Rs.200000/ for mentally harrasment.
