Dear Sir, It is Unfair Trade Practice or Deficiency -in- Service, by Amazon you can file a Complaint in Consumer Court of your City. (where the Cause of action or part of the same has arisen). Just write or preferably type your grievance with all the facts (which you must prove) and also asking for the damages and costs etc. File it in CC.
