I booked 2 tickets,09 Feb 2017 20:55 Hrs., from Bangalore to Vijayawada with PNR # 02SRVF and travel date 27-03-2017.
March 11, 2017- I got a TEXT MESSAGE mentioning that my flight LB655 has been cancelled.
March 14, 2017- I MAILED THEM ABOUT MY REFUND ,Got another mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) saying that refund has been processed and it will be credited to my account within 20-25 working days. .
April 11, 2017- Again wrote a mail to email@example.com for the refund
April 12, 20-17- got a reply that my refund will be credited my account in next 20-25 days.
April 21 - I again mailed them asked for the reason for this delay
April 22, 2017- got the same response from customer care- 20-25 working days to refund.
April 23 ,2017i asked again my refund
April 23, 2017- got the same response from customer care- 15-20 working days to refund.
Their phone never works and now this communication.
They cancelled the flight without any alternate arrangement and they are also not refunding the ticket charges. I request you to please look into the issue ASAP and Penalize Air Costa for it.
