I handed over my defective Tata Tiago XZ Petrol car under registration No. JK04D5720 to Fair Deal Srinagar authorized Dealer for Tata Motors in Kashmir on January 10,2018 with request to refund the cost of said car as the steering was getting jammed and locked during the driving. Earlier I took the vehicle four times to get the issue rectified but service was not made upto the satisfaction. I  raised the complaints several times with Customer care of Tata Motors and also served them legal notice which they not given any cognizance. Now I filed complaint in District consumer forum against Dealer and Manufacturer. Do I need any more action to safeguard my consumer rights. I have all witnesses and vedios of actual steering lock happenings. I asked them to refund as no longer I feel secure to drive said vehicle even if they had repaired it. It is under warranty as I purchased it on January 10,2017.
