Dear Sir, I Neeraj kumar kulshreshtha having an account with pnb new agra . I had withdrawn 7200 rs on 6th April 2015 the amount was debited on same time from my account but i have not received money due to some technical error occured in the ATM. I have lodge a complaint on the same date (6th) on customer care of pnb but after seven working days they are not able to give me right answer and still i have not received my money back . Whenever i call or mail to Pnb Atm complaint cell or Pnb Branch they are always give me the same answer that is (it takes 7 working days). I am very upset and frustate from the responce they given me all time .
