Dear sir / Mam,
My name is nithiyananthan and i am 35 years old. I purchased Onida led TV From Saravana Stores at Chennai Whereas i am residing at Srihrikota in Nellore Dist.
My TY got an issue around November starting month of 2017 and call logged with Onida service team in 23/12/2017 with one month delay, because of I lost the ORiginal bill, it took time to get duplicate bill from Saravana Stores.
The first compliant was rectified by changing entire panel of my TV, in exactly 15 days I got the same issue again (TV Never Turn ON).Complain NO:1712H986380099 Date:23/12/2017.
The second compliant was raised again with Onida service team on 22/02/2018 (1802H986380096). It is been 4 months, no one responded back and I lost my patient.
I am not happy with this product, kindly help me get my amount to be refound. I don't want to continue this depression movement on my life, i have no words to explain that.
