I have purchased Nokia 1 smartphone in March 2018 in Aizawl, Mizoram for my mom. However, there was a problem in display when I powered on for the first time. Subsequently, I contacted the seller, M/s Thanchhingi Enterprise, who referred the case to William Mobile Clinic, the authorised service centre for Nokia in Aizawl.
The service was registered under Job No. 124. I was informed that the problem will be intimated and that the necessary parts will be obtained from Bengaluru.
After this, I contacted them frequently but without any positive response from the service centre. Everytime I contacted them, I was also assured that it would take some more time.
Now, one and a half year has passed since then, but without any result. I was not contacted till date and that no refund/replacement was made by them.
