Non delivery of my productTue, 10 Oct 2017 - ECOMMERCE - Rajasthan
I ordered a wildcraft sandal from myntra.com on 1 oct 2017. The order reached the target city.i.e, alwar on 4 oct. It wasn't delivered to me on that day but, the delivery boy stated "tried to reach the customer but was not present at the time of delivery". The courier service was ecom express. I talked to the myntra customer care for at least 6 times but all they told me was to wait till 10 Oct evening. So I did but at the end the order got returned to it's origin and all the myntra customer care executive could say was sorry. It was not it the other orders I had done on 30 Sept were allegedly cancelled.
