I have been using MTS Mblaze Dongle from last 6months approximately and i have filled my complains around 20 times in these months still i dont listen anything from them not a permanent solution from there side. They say 7MBPS speed as their services but not a single time its been upto 7mbps speed they lie, they fake about there services, a month back what they provide me a solution that High usage is being done in my area sorry we cant provide you good speed then i asked him when you will solve this he replied don't know sorry sir. Today 17th october 2015 i again filled my complaint the consumer help line number from which they called me was 0141-5166270 the man who called me without solving my speed issue he ended my call saying call us again. Please take some actions against this company and their consumer helpline and I want to return their product and want my money back, as a proof i am attaching screenshots(images) of speed i am getting and available high speed balance.
