Dear Sir, I have purchase a dongle of MTS from Radhe Communication, Nr.Punitnagar Railway Crossing before a month. My data card no. is 9137325792. The scheme offered to me was Rs.999/- of hardware and 20 GB data free upto 28 days from activation. Unfortunately the dongle was not working at my home and I had called many times to MTS customer care, every time they had given us different solution. Thier engineers also visited my place but ultimately nobody had given me proper solution.  Finally my subscription got over in a month and before expiry I was given text reminders on my registered mobile for recharges. Finally I called customer care for recharge purpose. I was talking to Mr. Rajesh Panchal & he suggested me to recharge minimim of Rs.299/-and my balance data of 17.5GB will be carried forward and 1.5GB will be added more. I did the same immediately, I paid Rs.299/- online on MTS Website and Reciept no. 1873454634 Dt.09.07.2016 at 11.20am.  After 2 days I got the call again from Customer care dept that your subscription is overdue and your data got expired. Kindly recharge immediately. I gave the details of recharge for Rs.299/- to them and send the scan copy of receipt on email id "" The person told me that you payment is not received by us and your continuity got disconnected due to "0" balance and your data is also lapsed. Now nobody is ready to listen anything. I am totally disatisfied with this type of rubbish services. They are not ready to take back the dongle also and asking me throw it out as it is useless. I request you to kindly help me in this regards and get me my money refunded. I don't want to continue with this company any more on any conditions. Thanks & Regards, Santosh Johri 9725022869
