Hello Indus. This mail is written to inform you, regarding the careless service/response provided by the doctor in the emergency ward, during the night shift. My mother was brought down to hospital at 11:15pm in a bit serious condition. The response of the doctor was like, the senior doctor won't be available nor I can do something. Just admit the patient. The only thing he was saying 'admit the patient'. Due to improper behaviour of the doctor, I had to shift my mother to different hospital. Considering indus hospital as one of the prominent hospital in town, this wasn't expected. Please take some action towards him. It's a matter of a patience life. Thank you.
