I had applied for 2014 FSW at Baroda branch, I paid them $1200 + 75000 + 11000, but they were so lazy that they even can't reply to my mails same day, I always have to keep bugging them for details and information they have zero proactiveness and are boneless when comes to communication to head office, branch people calls head office and head office people don't care to answer there calls. Branch is only a fees and documents collection centre nothing more then that. They did not file my case in CIC even after giving all documents on time just because their one employee went on leave for so long that when he retired Cap was full. Now they even did not inform about cap getting full, I have to go and tell them that cap is now full what you guys did. Later I decided to file for express entry again they charged me 40000 extra though it was there mistake as they delayed filing case. Still I payed and they kept on saying you will get number in draw around July then September but it's 12 months and profile got expired. Now when I applied for refund first they said amount is non refundable and all, later I have mail there owners and all management sending snap of agreement which said I am eligible for refund, then they agreed to give me 700$ refund. Now my agreement for express entry one for 75000 ( 40000 I paid + 25000 carried forward + 10000 discount) other was $1000 agreement which said once your profile expires you get refund less $300 so they agreed to give me refund for $700 great but they are not telling me were did my $200 from 2014 ($1000 moved to express entry) and balance 40000 they used. They are real money eaters and fraud people, I request everyone not to take service from WWICS as you won't get services as they promise as they will forget you after they get your money. Also request everyone who are facing problems please register complains on CIC you will get there RICC code in agreement and also take legal actions to get refund. They should also know that this are hard earn money that everyone pays for good services and not for them to earn interest on that.
