On 10th Jan 2015 we took an IDEA 3G (net setter)modem connection . It was activated on Jan 17th . Suddenly on 22nd Jan they deactivated it without prior notification to us . When we called Idea customer Care no.(198), they were telling, "no data with us, go and contact Idea office in Richmond Road". It was shocking to us as for the 5 days they had our details in their Database and on 22nd Jan surprisingly it disappears in their DATABASE. How cheap! More fun part is Idea has sent a WELCOME LETTER to our address on 21st Jan through courier to the same address what we give at the purchase time.We requested them to give connection since its their mistake that they have misplaced our application and other details. During this conversation one lady Executive was very loud/rash in her approach. She said, " this is not a time pass call, keep the phone and give the details to our Idea office ". My husband got angry and warned her to speak politely or else we are going to complaint against her. For this she said , **"I am the boss, you can complain any were you want, I don't care".We really got disappointed with this sort of service and finally we submitted our details once again. A few days after this modem got re-connected on 5th Feb 2013 .Now they have sent first month bill. It clearly shows the billing date from 17th Jan to 21st Jan and 5th Feb to 15th Feb. Totally 15 days. Our plan is1GB for 250 Rs for 1 month . They have given connection only for 15 days. Still sent the bill. A bill has to be sent on completion of 30/31days of active connection. this is purely injustice. What an Idea Sir Ji?How can we suggest Idea to our friends or relatives or colleagues if you are giving such a worst service to us. I think its their money making tricks.Customer ko loot ke kiss narak mein jaana chahte ho Sir ji?Adds mein Kehte ho " Ek doosre ko samajne ko on....". Pehle apne customer ko to samaj lo. Jo unka haq hai, use to de do. "Ek Idea jo Badal de apki Jindgi". Pehle apna customer care executive ko to acha training dedo. Badmein duniya badlana. teek hai Sir Ji? Sir Ji, execcutives ko batado customer ko toda bahuth respect de. Unhe Customer se Bath karne ka tareeke sikha deejiye Sir Ji.Kya Sir ji ? Yeh kya chal raha hai?
