ICICI bank officials practice manipulation of dates, prolong the case, trap the customer in system loop, put communication gap, give NO RESOLVE, provide services of Mobile banking; netbanking; customer care on conditional basis, impose hefty penalty and charges on customer for their mistakes and poor services. It's difficult to manage 10 emails/SMS sent by the bank on daily basis for their promotion strategy. No request could put a stop to their advt. messages.
My intention was fair enough. I always paid my dues on time through AUTODEBIT mode. but the unreasonable imposition of LIEN put me into trouble and big stress.
I tried to resolve the issue directly with the bank officials, but they are not bothered to resolve the issue in long time. Hence I've been forced to put my case for redressal in front of the Honorable Consumer Court. I am sure I shall be provided with the long awaited justice and a waiver from the imposed dues.
