Dear Team,

My mother named Sarita Agarwal was admitted in HLG hospital on 07/10/2020.I was having a corporate health insurance and subsequently I got approval for cashless request.But my claim was denied stating that there is no active line of treatment.My complaint is that when hospital was not having active line of treatment why they have admitted the patient in emergency and why they have only written various test for patient.They made a hefty billing by only this testing and observation.when they knew that there is no treatment then why they have kept patient admitted for 48 hours.This is total ignorance and forgery and just money making business.There is no such care for patients.

I want a strict investigation around this and a hospital should be punished.
