Complaint Details

I had paid Rs.11228.49 with PaisaPay ID. 40452034443 for item Samsung galaxy J5 on Ebay on the 16th of Sept 2015. The last date for shipping the item was 27th Sep 2015. But didnt receive it till date. On their site they have mentioned that the item was delivered on 27th Sep 2015. After that and i raise claim my Claim ID: 1290385 my claim also approved on date 08-10-2015 Whereas, Hence the are not processing the refund after making multiple complaints through calls and emails. The seller has shipped it through speed post. but tracking no is fake.They are not providing a proof of delivery also. I HAVE PAID FOR AN ITEM WHICH I DIDNT RECEIVE AT ALL! None of the customer care people or senior people are responding to my complaint properly. Is there someone who could help me with this?
