I, A.S.Mani aged 82 yrs paid a refundable deposit of Rs one lakh, by check on 24-4-15 to Bahri beautiful country A/c sales to book a plot in Anandam retirement community at the foothill of Kodaikanal It was agreed that the amount will be refunded, if I decided not to take the plot after consulting my sons who live abroad. The assurance was given by Mr John Richard GM sales based in chennai, Eldams rd.Alwarpet chennai I conveyed my inability to take the plot and requested him refund the deposit on 10 th May His reply has been that the refund is under process. I earnestly request you to help a senior citizen get back his hard earned money. I will be grateful for this .
