Money non refundSat, 03 Nov 2018 - BANKING - Uttarakhand
This is to inform you that I had travelled with Indigo airlines on 19 June 2018 from Dehradun to Nagpur via Delhi. The ticket booking was done through Axis Bank net banking, but during the transaction, the site said on the banking page that error session time out, but gave the itinerary SE7RYM that is enclosed herewith, it also said that needs payment. Seeing this failed attempt, I waited for a moment and then again got the ticket done, this time the banking went out smoothly and the itinerary so generated FE46TJ, on which we travelled on June 19 2018.
But the problem arose when I got the message of deduction of money from the first itinerary too. On contacting the customer service of Indigo Airlines, they said that this money would be refunded to me within seven working days, but it was not. Again and again contacting, I got the message that it will be refunded, then one day you said that it is the matter of Bank that I had done net banking transaction with. I contacted your axis Bank customer services; they said that the money will be refunded. With this hope, I came back but I did not get the money till date
It is my request to help me get my refund or otherwise this matter
