Mac book not properly working after 3 days of purchaseTue, 08 Sep 2020 - MOBILE PHONES - Uttar Pradesh
We one of esteemed customers of APPLE, using apple products for more than a decade. We regret to inform you that this time we are not satisfied with the product and its after sales response. We purchased a Mac-Book AIR on 12 th June 2020 , against E- way bill number – 4511213500( copy of bill is attached for your kind reference), from Invent Apple Premium Reseller, Shop. No. LG-79, Greater Noida , Uttar Pradesh -201308.
Since the 3rd day of purchase we are regularly facing issues of LAG and Stopping. (videos attached for the same even after latest repair ) .
When we called at the store to ask for solution, being a regular customer of the Greater Noida branch, we were told to talk to the customer care and the authorised centre about the issue. However its really disappointing to see the music we are facing from last 25-30 days.
Due to less service appointments we were given appointment after 20 days we got our ticket no 101133312841 at 4pm on 23/07/2020 . After long discussion store kept our laptop along with them for diagnosis and assured we will not face this issue again. However despite the same the problem still persists.
We have purchase a brand new system and from the 3rd day we are facing issue hence we are not interested in any parts replacements. Kindly give us solutions to replace this with a new one on immediate basis!!
Now a days all our work is online and I am facing huge productive issues due to the same. Kindly replace my faulty system immediately, I have been very patient for the last 25 days and listened to everything your team had to say and visited service centeres and your stores also 2-3 times during this pandemic still we are not getting any immediate solutions.
What is the benefit of spending more than a lakh rupees on APPLE if customer has to face such issues again and again . No one is there to provide us prominent solution or the right person who can provide us the solution . Every day visiting Distributor store and connecting them over phone is really a painful task. Hope this is not the way APPLE treat their valuable customers. We need an immediate replacement of my Mac book as my huge work is suffering because of this issue as well as financial loss too. Apart from that regular following with your team is a big pain .
Once again a humble request to team kindly look into the matter and replace my product ASAP .

As per my last call to service centre ( Shashank) , still they are not able to trace out the fault and my system is still under observation . It’s quite strange that has been more than 15 days and we are not updated about our system . Not received any single call , message or mail from support division / service centre since so long .
Really a pathetic service . Kindly suggest what to do ?
Who is going to bear my financial losses and mental pain because of all this . Is this customers duty to chase every one regularly after spending 1lac .
No one is able to take responsibility of replacing
No one is there to extend my warranty period because of all this mess .
No one is there to update me about my system
Why we recommend Apple or the authorised store , can anyone tell ???????? We are music from last 3 months for everyone .
